Your Nurse Ambassador* is your go-to person throughout your treatment journey. They’ll reach out once you’ve been prescribed VYALEV. You’ll have the same Ambassador helping you start and stay on track throughout your treatment. They’ll meet with you in the comfort of your own home. You can also call or video chat with them.

Before you start VYALEV, and also each time you get a refill, please use the Medication Guide and Instructions for Use that came with your drug vials, pump, and supplies from your Specialty Pharmacy.

*Nurse Ambassadors are provided by AbbVie and do not work under the direction of your health care professional (HCP) or give medical advice. They are trained to direct patients to their HCP for treatment-related advice, including further referrals.

The 24/7 Hotline is staffed by nurses that are specifically trained on VYALEV and can be reached 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. After business hours, you may be asked to leave a message for a return call within 30 minutes.
